- Stakina Limited operates as a trade agent for Hajnal Nikola Art.
- All artworks offered on this website are original artistic creations by Hajnal Nikola.
- By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- Prices are listed in USD(United states dollar) and exclude applicable taxes (VAT or IMPORT TAX).
- Payment ways accepted: credit card, bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Due to the unique nature of original artworks, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- Exception: Customers can ask for cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds (if applicable within 48 hours) will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Artworks can shipped from different locations.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 5–15 business days).
- Customers are responsible for providing precise shipping information.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns & Refunds
- No returns are accepted once the artwork has been shipped, except in cases of damage during transit.
- If an artwork arrives damaged, inform us within 7 days with photographic evidence.
- In such cases, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
- All artworks stay the intellectual property of Hajnal Nikola.
- Buying an artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
- Buyers may show purchased artworks for personal use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Stakina Limited acts solely as a trade agent. It is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
- Liability is limited to the value of the purchased artwork.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
